Inventory Costing Administrator - 6 months contract
Position Summary
The Inventory Costing Administrator primarily matches supplier invoices with Purchase Orders (PO’s) to verify quantities, pricing, and special pricing program availability.
We’re looking for self-sufficient, motivated Inventory Costing Admin for our Surrey location at 8183 130th Street who want to help us expand our fast-growing business.
Responsibilities
- Match supplier invoices with Purchase Orders (PO’s) and processing for costing on a timely basis
- Verify quantities, pricing, special pricing programs including Buys and Rebates
- Adjust invoices for price and/or quantity variances
- Allocate freight and duty/brokerage costs
- Process inter-company stock transfers
- Analyze and respond to costing requirements of the billing administrators
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years costing experience in a multi-branch and multi-currency environment
- Experience working with vendors
- Knowledge of accounts payable cycle
- Proficiency in Excel and Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in high volume/transaction environment
- Must have basic math skills
- Be reliable and a team player
